The Ipsos MediaCell+ app is an optional add-on for smartphones that allows you to:
1. Access information about how you consume media, e.g., watching TV or listening to the radio;
2. Identify the web pages you visit;
3. Record your device's microphone to monitor the audio;
4. Generate a media fingerprint to identify your device's media.
How do I use the Ipsos MediaCell+ app?
1. Open the Ipsos MediaCell+ app and follow the instructions to set up your smartphone as a research device.
2. Once you have connected your device, open the Ipsos MediaCell+ app and follow the instructions to start the first market research activity.
3. After you have finished the activity, you will be notified whether or not you will be eligible to continue with the next activity.
4. If you are eligible, the next activity will start.
. After you have completed all the activities, you will be asked whether you would like to receive any information about your activity and your responses will be anonymized and aggregated with other users' responses to create a composite picture of media consumption.
6. You can now download the Ipsos MediaCell+ app to your smartphone.
